Everything was simply brand-new. Location was best possible for my needs and staff were warm. Nice service and an amazing pool onsite. Besides, parking was on site, that's important for me. There was a great restaurant, a market and shops next door.

My experience was fantastic. Remote location, at walking distance from lake the restored sword. Also, I loved how practical the location was. The bed was soft and the room was light. The food was brilliant and with lots of options.

I loved this hotel. The beds were good and the deluxe king room itself was regular sized and regular sized. The property was close to Hanoi downtown.

The staff was helpful, the restaurant was good. Spotlessly clean hotel and good service. Excellent location to a hexagonal flag tower. And I was walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

Well, the views were awful here.

we loved our 2 nights stay. the city view was a bonus. we had a superior double room with central heating, multi-channel tv and ironing facilities. in addition, free wi-fi was useful.

Superb service within 30 km of the airport. Being easy walk to Madam Yen Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there. We strongly recommend the hotel: D

There was a great dining option, Green Tangerine, only 300 metres from the hotel. Right by many local attractions, including the hoan kiem lake, which is just 5 mins on foot. Staff is very friendly. They provide a free Wi-Fi.
